Returns and Exchanges
We offer exchanges, and returns for store credit, on all items as long as they were not marked FINAL SALE. All items must be submitted for return or exchange free of damage, free of odor, absent any sign of wear, and free of pet hair. We will not accept returns or exchanges on items sent back in other than brand new condition, free of any of the signs of, including but not limited to: wear, damage, odor, or pet hair.
To process an EXCHANGE:
You may exchange non-final sale items within 14 days of delivery of your purchase. You must complete the form found in our RETURN PORTAL before mailing back the item for exchange. Please allow approximately 7 days to process the exchange. Your size exchange invoice will be sent to the original email used for your order.
The outstanding invoice (which will include $7.50 in exchange shipping) must be paid within 24 hours.
Please note: Your size is not held until the purchase is complete. If the size you requested is not available, you will be sent an in-store credit via email or the amount of the purchase.
To process a RETURN:
You may return non-final sale items within 14 days of delivery of your purchase. You must complete the return form found in our RETURN PORTAL before mailing back your items. Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind (be ensure that no ink based papers that can stain the items are used) to protect the item. We will not accept returns on items damaged during return shipping. Once we receive your return please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. If purchased on the app, the credit will go back to your App account. If you choose for Dear Gigi, LLC to prepare a return label for you, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount credited back to your account. Alternatively, the cost of shipping for the return is customer responsibility.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE SHIPPING:
All items must be shipped within 48 hours of either approval of the return item, or your receipt of a store generated return label, should that occur later. Any items sent for return AFTER the 48 hour time frame, will be accepted upon store discretion. Dear Gigi reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges shipped outside of the 48 hour time frame. Should the return or exchange be rejected, you may request the items sent to Dear Gigi for return or exchange be mailed back, at your expense. In this situation, an invoice will be generated and sent to you prior to mailing back the items rejected for return/exchange.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
The following categories are final sale items and are not eligible for return or exchange: jewelry, accessories, hats, handbags, personal care items, beauty products, makeup, housewares, stationery.
