Restocks
When possible, we will restock popular items. To make sure you never miss a restock, sign up for the restock notifications under the product page.
How do I use my discount or gift card?
Enter your gift card or discount code at checkout in the area where it says “Gift Card or Discount Code” and click apply. The amount will automatically be applied to your cart.
Our website only allows for one discount code to be used at a time.
Damages
We do our best to ensure that every item gets to you in perfect condition. Every once in a while, a damaged item may unintentionally slip by. If you have a damaged item, please email us at shopdeargigi@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery of the item. Please include your
order number and pictures of the damaged item. We will work as quickly as possible to get the issue rectified.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor/phone screen resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We do not allow order cancellations. If a situation arises in which you need to cancel your order due to error, you must email us at shopdeargigi@gmail.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to cancel. There is a 10% restocking fee on all cancelled orders.
